Listening to Steve Job’s words of wisdom at the commencement speech for the Stanford university back in 2005 is all inspiring. He is a living example that your lack of academic achievement is not a hindrance to your life success. I can still see it clearly in my mind , the poem by Walter D Wintle hanging on the wall just near the entrance of my parent’s old house about 20 years. I passed it many times and only read it a few times. Then, it did not seem that insightful. It is never easy to get a group of individuals to work together towards a common goal. We all know that we do not like to be push into or manipulated into doing the things we do not like to do. However, if we are lead by a leader who can inspire and give us [...] I may not know this person personally but looking at his track record in coaching and leading the basketball team in UCLA to achieve record success is a testimonial of his outstanding coaching abilities. The best executive is the one who has sense enough to pick good men to do what he wants done, and self-restraint to keep from meddling with them while they do it. |
